Double Helix Royal Concert Hall NottinghamSaturday May 14th 2011 Science on Stage will present another exciting evening of music science and dance in the new year. The main piece for the evening, 'Double Helix' will look at DNA and the ways that recent developments in genetic engineering will affect us in the future. The first half of the evening will contain extracts from previous shows as well as movements from 'Adiemus' (Songs of Sanctuary) The extended interval will be the now familiar hive of scientific and artistic activity with the addition of an ''Ask the professor' corner where scientists from Nottingham University will be available to answer your questions. There will be over three hundred performers, demonstrators, artists and scientists and we hope to see you there. It will be quite an evening!
